1. The Agreement
By reserving your handle and paying for a Veru subscription, you agree to these terms. Veru is a private, paid communication tool. Our goal is to provide a high-signal environment for your most trusted circles.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Veru is a subscription-based service. Current pricing is $4.95/month, billed quarterly ($14.85).
- Founder Handles: Handles are reserved upon payment. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that infringe on trademarks or are used for squatting.
- Refunds: Since we offer a limited-member beta, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellations: You can cancel at any time via your profile. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. High-Signal Conduct
Veru is designed for trust. While we don't monitor your private groups, we expect all users to adhere to basic principles of human decency.
- No Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment within the platform.
- No Automated Activity: Veru is for humans. No bots, scrapers, or automated posters are permitted.
- No Illegal Use: You may not use Veru for any illegal activities.
4. Content Ownership
You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Veru the limited license necessary to display that content to you and the people in your circles. We do not claim any ownership over your high-signal insights.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veru is provided "as is." We aim for 100% uptime and data integrity, but we aren't liable for any loss of data or service interruptions. We are a sanctuary, but even sanctuaries need maintenance.
